What we cover
Every session is tailored to the players: their positions, the demands of their game and the specific work-ons they want to progress. We're also happy to work alongside your club and focus on any area its coaches feel needs development.
Where
The floodlit 3G pitch at Corfe Hills School, Broadstone, so sessions go ahead whatever the weather.
When
60-minute sessions at selected evening and weekend times. Choose your day and one-hour slot below.
How it works
Simple from
start to finish
1
Book your slot
Choose how many players are coming (2–4), then pick your day and one-hour slot. One price for the slot, split however you like.
2
Tell Dave your focus
Add what your group wants to work on when you book, so the session is built around your games rather than pulled off a shelf.
3
Complete the questionnaire
Every player fills in the health questionnaire before their first session. It takes about five minutes.
4
Turn up and train
Dave runs the session, coaches every detail and leaves every player with things to take straight into their next match.
The details matter
Focused on what
makes you better
Tell Dave what your group wants to work on, whether it's first touch, finishing, decision-making or the demands of your positions, and he'll build the session around it. Train with teammates and work on it together, against real opposition.

Straight into your game
Everything with
a purpose
No generic drills. Dave plans every session in advance, so the hour is spent on the parts of the game that will actually show up on a match day — a sharper first touch under pressure, calmer decisions on the ball, cleaner finishing. Every player knows what they're working on, why, and how it transfers to their next match.
If your club has identified an area for progression, Dave is happy to work alongside its coaches and build that feedback into the session. The aim is to complement team training and help the work transfer back into matches.
Finished in an academy and still want to improve? DNA Women's gives you the high-quality coaching you're used to, at a time that fits around your club.
