Training for Under 16s
Coaching for players under 16.
Wimborne · Poole · Bournemouth
1-1 and small groups
Train on your own or with up to 3 friends or teammates. Every session is built around the player, her position and what she wants to work on.
3G or grass
Choose the floodlit 3G pitch at Corfe Hills School or grass at Corfe Mullen Rec when you book.
Safe and supported
Dave is DBS checked, safeguarding trained, first aid qualified and insured, and works to our published safeguarding policy.
The next step
From girls' football
into the women's game
Some of the players we coach are 16 and have just made the move up. Stepping into the women's game is a bigger jump than people expect — faster, more physical, less time on the ball — and having coaching of your own through it makes the difference.
Dave builds each session around where she is now: her position, what she wants to work on, and what her new team will ask of her.

What a session looks like
Planned, focused,
honest
Dave plans every session in advance around a theme, so the hour is spent on the parts of the game that will actually show up in a match — a proper warm-up, practices that work on the focus, and small-sided play to test it at real speed.
Expect clear feedback on what's working and what to fix, and leave knowing exactly what to work on next.
